4. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables shall transfer to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
5. Payments and Invoicing
- Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
- Late payments may incur interest or lead to project delays.
- We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue accounts.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and data exchanged during the project. This obligation remains even after the project concludes.
7. Warranty and Liability
Our services are provided "as-is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the deliverables will be error-free.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In such cases:
- The client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- We will provide any deliverables created up to that point.
9. Use of Website
Users may not use our website to:
- Post or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Disrupt the functionality of the site or services
10. Governing Law
